Down by the Bay
My husband and I moved to the Eastern Shore of Maryland in 2020 due to his career. We quickly found a community that was warm, fun, and profoundly proud of where they live. It has that true small-town feel where everyone knows everyone. Sure, things close early, you have to drive a good distance to get anywhere good unless you have a boat, and the insects here are the size of pterodactyls…but it quickly became home.
Wynn only knew this way of life. She grew up feeding goldfish to seagulls and cheersing her smoothie cup with the Rise Up girls behind the counter. People around here took notice of her cute hats, her love of animals, and her bright sea green eyes. They made her feel so special.
So, really, this collection is about that community. And how much they loved our girl.
