Who I Paint For
Hi, I’m Carley. I started Wynn Rose Studio as a way to find my breath again after losing my daughter in late 2025. What began as a path through grief and PTSD has transformed into a way to stay connected to her spirit.
I don’t have professional training in art; in fact, I had never even touched watercolors before. As an insufferable perfectionist, a medium that is wild, unpredictable, and refuses to be strictly controlled was the last thing I ever thought I’d try. But the moment I picked up a paintbrush, somehow things made sense. And with the encouragement of some incredibly kind friends and family, I kept going.
I paint for Wynn. When I’m at my desk, I often feel her guiding my hands toward the things she loved most: bright flowers, animals, and garden bugs. Because of that, you will find a hidden ladybug in every single painting—a tiny tribute to the way Wynn’s face lit up whenever she got to hold one.
My work is simple and honest, mirroring the pure beauty Wynn saw in the world. I hope these pieces remind you that light and hope can be found in even the smallest things.

In honor of Wynn, a portion of all proceeds from Wynn Rose Studio is proudly donated to the MISS Foundation and their Selah Carefarm.
Selah is a quiet sanctuary where grieving parents find comfort and healing alongside rescued animals who have survived their own hardships. It feels so right to honor Wynn by supporting a place where wild friends and broken hearts help heal one another.
